Kenny Omega’s Existence Will However Be Felt at ‘Forbidden Door’

Wrestling’s “forbidden door” would stop to exist with no Kenny Omega.

Omega generated a wave of curiosity during his run in New Japan Pro-Wrestling, specifically as leader of Bullet Club. That reputation arrived at its zenith just after Omega won the IWGP heavyweight championship from Kazuchika Okada in June 2018, with the momentum carrying into the start of AEW in 2019.

Whilst Omega was generating magic as AEW winner, speculation continue to circulated of an additional rematch from Okada—yet this time, with the AEW belt on the line. The thought of a match towards Kota Ibushi or Will Ospreay, or any other numerous array of matchups, induced all kinds of debate as to what would materialize if that forbidden door at any time burst open up.
