WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 symptoms have “almost wholly solved,” according to a new note from his medical doctor released Monday.
Though he however has some nasal congestion and hoarseness, his critical indications keep on being “absolutely standard,” wrote Dr. Kevin O’Connor.
Biden has been taking Paxlovid, an antiviral drug that can help minimize the chance of intense health issues from COVID-19, and he designs to proceed isolating in the White Property home.
“He continues to be incredibly especially conscientious to secure any of the Govt Residence, White Property, Mystery Services and other workers whose duties have to have any (albeit socially distanced) proximity to him,” O’Connor wrote.
On Monday afternoon, Biden is scheduled to supply virtual remarks to the Nationwide Group of Black Regulation Enforcement Executives conference in Orlando, Fla. He’s also expected to participate in a digital meeting with business enterprise executives and labor leaders to examine the Chips Act, a proposal to bolster domestic manufacturing.
Biden has held no public activities since Friday, when he held a further digital conference with economic advisers.
